      研究炭黑N326粒子硬度对轮胎带束层胶料物理性能以及胶料与钢丝帘线粘合力的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑N326粒子硬度的增大,带束层胶料门尼粘度、MHML、邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率减小,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短;炭黑N326粒子硬度对硫化胶与钢丝帘线粘合力影响较大,两者呈正比关系。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the hardness of carbon black N326 particle on the physical properties of belt rubber compound and its adhesion bond to the steel cord was investigated.The results showed that,as the hardness of carbon black N326 particle increased,the Mooney viscosity,MHML,Shore A hardness,modulus and tensile strength increased, elongation at break decreased,and the scorch time and optimum cure time of rubber compound shortened,and the pull out force of steel cord was improved.
