      研究硫黄用量对反式1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)和IR胶料性能的影响。试验结果表明,与IR相比,在硫黄用量相同的条件下,TPI胶料的MH较大,焦烧时间较短,炭黑分散性稍差,硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力较大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率较小,耐磨性能较高;硫黄用量对TPI硫化胶耐疲劳性能的影响较大。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the addition level of sulfur on the properties of TPI and IR compounds were investigated.The results showed that,compared with IR compound,at the same addition level of sulfur,MHof TPI compound was higher,the scorch time was shorter,and the dispersion of carbon black was poorer;Shore A hardness and modulus of TPI vulcanizate increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break were lower,and the wear resistance was better;the addition level of sulfur had greater influence on the fatigue resistance of TPI vulcanizate.
