      试验研究浇注型PU的动态力学性能。结果表明,对于聚四氢呋喃醚二醇为预聚体体系,与采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯的PU相比,采用对苯二异氰酸酯的PU储能模量较大,损耗因子较小,适用于高动态载荷的场合;异氰酸酯和扩链剂相同时,与采用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(相对分子质量为2 000)的PU相比,采用聚己内酯二醇(相对分子质量为2 000)的PU在0 ℃以下时储能模量较大,0 ℃以上时储能模量较小,损耗模量和损耗因子稍大。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic mechanical properties of cast PU were experimentally investigated.The results showed that based on prepolymer system of PTMG,the PU prepared with PPDI possessed higher storage modulus and lower tanδ and was more applicable for the service under high dynamic load when compared to those with MDI or TDI respectively;and the PU based on prepolymer system of CAPA possessed higher storage modulus at temperature below 0 ℃,but lower storage modulus at temperature above 0 ℃,and somewhat higher loss modulus and tanδ when compared to that based on prepolymer system of PTMG.
