      将插层纳米复合技术与互穿网络共混技术相结合,通过同步插层聚合法制备PU/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-马来酸酐)[P(MMA-co-MAH)]/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。试验结果表明,PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT纳米复合材料为剥离/插层型纳米复合材料,各项物理性能较优;其优化制备条件是:过氧化苯甲酰、二甲基丙烯酸乙二酯、OMMT和MAH在单体中的质量分数分别为0.008,0.02,0.05和0.05;PU/PMMA共混比为60/40;亚甲基双邻氯苯胺因数为0.8。

      A PU/polymethylmethacrylate-maleic anhydride[P(MMA-co-MAH)]/organo-montmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composite was prepared by simultaneously intercalating and polymerizing method based on nano-intercalating technique combined with IPN method.The test results showed that the comprehensive physical properties of PU/P(MMA-co-MAH)/OMMT were better because it was an exfoliated/intercalated nanocomposite;and its optimized preparing conditions were as follows:the mass contents of BPO,EGDMA,OMMT and MAH were 0.008,0.02,0.05 and 0.05 in monomers respectively;the blending ratio of PU/PMMA was 60/40;and the MOCA coefficient was 0.8.
