      采用模压一步法制备EPDM海绵,研究发泡剂品种和用量对其性能的影响。结果表明,以发泡剂AC,OBSH或H制备EPDM海绵,最佳用量分别为5,5和3份;发泡剂用量为5份时,以发泡剂H制备的EPDM海绵发泡倍率最大。以发泡剂AC/OBSH,AC/H或OBSH/H并用制备EPDM海绵,最佳并用量分别为5,4和2份;发泡剂并用量为5份时,以发泡剂AC/OBSH并用制备的EPDM海绵发泡倍率最大。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,以发泡剂AC/OBSH并用制备的EPDM海绵微孔分散均匀。
英文摘要:
      A EPDM sponge was prepared by one-step molding process,and the influence of the type and addition level of blowing agent on the properties of sponge were investigated.The results showed that for preparing EPDM sponge,the optimal addition levels of blowing agents AC,OBSH or H were 5,5 and 3 phr respectively;when the addition level of blowing agent was 5 phr,an EPDM sponge with the highest blowing rate was obtained by using blowing agent H;when the EPDM sponges were prepared with AC/OBSH,AC/H or OBSH/H blowing agent blends respectively,their optimal addition levels were 5,4 and 2 phr;and when the addition level of blowing agent blend was 5 phr,an EPDM sponge with the highest blowing rate was obtained by using AC/OBSH blowing agent blend.It was found by SEM that an EPDM sponge with even dispersive micro-cells was obtained by using AC/OBSH blowing agent blend.
