      以负载型TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3为催化体系合成高反式丁二烯(Bd)-异戊二烯(Ip)共聚橡胶(TBIR),考察催化体系陈化方式和条件对聚合转化率的影响。结果表明,催化体系陈化有利于提高聚合转化率;三元陈化催化体系的聚合转化率大于二元陈化催化体系。三元陈化催化体系的优化陈化条件为:Ip/Ti摩尔比 20;Al/Ti摩尔比 20;加料顺序 TiCl4/MgCl2,Al(i-Bu)3,Ip;温度 20 ℃;时间 5~10 min。

      The effect of the aging mode and condition of the supported TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3 catalyst system on the conversion ratio during the polymerization of high trans-butadiene(Bd)-isoprene(Ip) copolymer(TBIR) was investigated.The results showed that the aging of catalyst system was beneficial to increase the conversion ratio during polymerization;the conversion ratio of aged ternary catalyst system was greater than that of aged binary catalyst system;and the optimized aging condition of the aged ternary catalyst system was as follows:Ip/Ti mole ratio 20,Al/Ti mole ratio 20,addition order TiCl4→MgCl2→Al(i-Bu)3→Ip,temperature 20 ℃ and time 5~10 min.
