      在硫化罐的控制中采用基于Profibus总线的免疫模糊PID控制系统。该系统由通过Profibus总线连接的上位机和PLC组成,维护和维修方便,图形操作界面简单直观。实际使用表明,该控制系统可提高成品轮胎的质量、硫化操作的自动化程度和硫化过程中的工艺参数控制精度,并可缩短硫化时间6%~12%。由于控制系统采用冗余控制,可实现不间断生产。
英文摘要:
      An immune fuzzy PID control system of autoclave group has been developed based on Profibus.The system is composed of computers and PLC,which are connected to each other through Profibus,and features easy maintenance,and simple and visual graphic operation window.It is found in the practical service that the quality of finished tire,the automation level and the control precision of technical parameters in vulcanization are significantly improved,and the curing period is reduced by 6%~12% by using the immune fuzzy PID control system.The continuous production can be realized because the redundancy control is applied in the system.
