      介绍轮胎有限元分析的基本原理。以哈尔滨工业大学开发的有限元专用软件并结合室内耐久性试验,研究轮胎整体结构优化设计理论(TECO)和平衡轮廓设计理论所设计的轮胎。有限元分析和试验结果均表明:使用TECO理论所设计的轮胎力学性能优于平衡轮廓设计理论所设计的轮胎。
英文摘要:
      The basic principle of FEA for tire was described.The tires designed with the Tire Entire Configuration Optimum(TECO) theory presented by Shanghai Double-coin Truck Tire Company and the classical Balance Profile theory respectively were investigated using the proprietary FEA software developed by Harbin University of Technology combined with the indoor endurance test.The results of both FEA and test showed that the dynamic properties of the tire designed with TECO theory were better than those with the classical Balance Profile theory.
