      试验研究综合促进剂EG-3和VP-148用量对EPDM胶料性能和喷霜程度的影响,并与常用促进剂M/TMTD,DM/TMTD/BZ和M/TRA/BZ并用体系进行对比。结果表明,EG-3和VP-148用量增大,EPDM胶料的t10t90逐渐缩短,硫化胶的表观交联密度Vr、硬度和100%定伸应力提高,压缩永久变形减小,在室温停放30 d后未出现喷霜现象。EG-3和VP-148用量在2份以上时,EPDM硫化胶的Vr和压缩永久变形与常用促进剂并用体系硫化胶相当。
英文摘要:
      The effects of the addition levels of accelerator systems EG-3 or VP-148 on the properties and blooming of EPDM compound were experimentally investigated and compared to the common accelerator blend systems,such as M/TMTD,DM/TMTD/BZ and M/TRA/BZ.The results showed that t10 and t90 of EPDM compounds reduced gradually with the increase of EG-3 or VP-148 addition levels,the appearance cross-linking density,hardness and modulus at 100% of their vulcanizates increased,the compression set decreased,and the blooming didn’t occur when the vulcanizates stored at room temperature for 30 d.The Vr and compression set of vulcanizates with more than 2 phr EG-3 or VP-148 were similar to those with common accelerator systems.
