      采用单体接枝改性法制备炭黑填充型NBR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,在NBR胶乳与炭黑的混合体系中加入适当的单体M[丙烯酸丁酯(BA)或甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)]和引发剂,可以使单体M与NBR分子链发生接枝反应的同时也与炭黑表面的活性基团发生反应,从而制备NBR/M/炭黑复合材料,采用该方法制备的NBR/M/炭黑复合材料的炭黑分散性良好,物理性能和热稳定性优异。
英文摘要:
      A carbon black/NBR composite was prepared by monomer graft modification and its properties were investigated.The results showed that a carbon black/NBR composite was prepared by adding a suitable monomer M [butyl acrylate(BA) or methyl methacrylate(MMA)] and an initiator into the carbon black/NBR latex mixture to make M graft to the molecular chain of NBR and react with the active group on carbon black surface simultaneously;and the obtained composite possessed good black distribution and excellent physical properties and heat stability.
