      建立三维有限元模型模拟轮胎硫化过程,研究初始硫化温度对轮胎硫化温度场及程度场的影响。研究表明,预热处理使轮胎各部位温升均匀, 不仅能缩短机内硫化时间, 还可以改善轮胎硫化程度的均匀性,但预热温度不宜超过105 ℃。在此温度以内,预热温度每升高10 ℃,轮胎机内硫化时间可缩短1.5 min,硫化均匀性提高15%。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the initial curing temperature on the curing temperature field and curing state field of tire was investigated by simulating the curing process of tire with a 3D FE model.The results showed that the preheating made the temperature uniformly rise inside the whole tire,which not only reduced the curing time in the press,but also improved the uniformity of curing state inside the whole tire;and the suitable preheating temperature was up to 105 ℃,below which the curing time in the press could be reduced by 1.5 min and the uniformity of curing state could be improved by 15% as the preheating temperature rose by every 10 ℃.
