      采用超声波技术对膨润土进行有机改性,研究不同的超声波工艺条件对改性结果的影响;将改性膨润土与NBR胶乳共沉制得纳米复合材料,并对其结构与性能进行探讨。试验结果表明,650 W×30 min超声波辐射条件是一个较好的工艺条件;制得的复合材料为插层型纳米复合材料,其物理性能较NBR有所提高。
英文摘要:
      The bentonite was modified with ultrasonic wave and the influence of different ultrasonic technologies on the modifying effect was investigated.A nano-composite was prepared by the coprecipitation of the modified bentonite and NBR latex,and the structure and properties of the composite were discussed.The results showed that a nano-bentonite/NBR latex composite with better physical properties was obtained by modifying the bentonite with 650 W×30 min ultrasonic wave.
