      研究了EPDM接枝马来酸酐(EPDM-g-MAH)用量对聚酰胺6(PA6)性能的影响及PA6/EPDM-g-MAH共混物的冲击断面形态。结果表明:EPDM-g-MAH分散相颗粒与PA6基体能形成牢固的结合,对PA6具有显著的增韧改性作用;当PA6/EPDM-g-MAH的用量比为90/10时,共混物的综合性能最理想,其常温(25 ℃)及低温(-20 ℃)下的冲击强度分别比纯PA6增大64.8%和106.6%,而且具有良好的挤出和注射成型加工性能。

      The influence of EPDM-g-MAH addition level on the properties of PA6 was studied and the impact fracture surface of PA6/EPDM-g-MAH blend was investigated by SEM.The results showed that the EPDM-g-MAH particles of discontinous phase were firmly bound to PA6 matrix to give the latter a significant toughening effect;and when the blending ratio of PA6/EPDM-g-MAH was 90/10,the best comprehensive properties of the blend were obtained,its impact strengths at 25 ℃ and -20 ℃ were respectively higher than those of PA6 by 64.8% and 106.6%,and moreover,the blend had excellent processibility for extrusion and inject.
