      从子午线轮胎带束层的材料、结构形式、宽度和帘线角度等方面探讨其对轮胎性能的影响,重点介绍了钢丝、芳纶等材料及叠层式、包边式、不对称式等带束层结构的影响,并利用ANSYS力学仿真软件研究带束层帘线角度对轮胎充气轮廓形状和垂直载荷下轮胎应力的影响。结果表明,对所模拟的轮胎,带束层帘线角(17°~23°)每增加1°,其充气断面宽减小0.2 mm(近似呈线性递减趋势),其充气外直径增加约0.3 mm;带束层帘线角减小,第一主应力的最大值也减小。
英文摘要:
      The influence of belt on the performance of radial tire was investigated in terms of the material(with the emphasis on steel and polyamide etc.),structure(e.g.laminate type,edge-folded type and asymmetric type),width and cord running angle of belt ply.And the inflated tire profile and the stress of tire under normal load were studied as a function of cord running angle of belt by ANSYS simulation software package.The results showed that for the simulated tire,the cross-sectional width of inflated tire decreased by 0.2 mm and its overall diameter increased by 0.3 mm once the cord running angle of belt increased by 1°;and the maximum primary stress reduced as the cord running angle of belt decreased.
