| 对无人机小规格航空轮胎在大硫化机上的硫化进行研究。通过分析现有1 397~1 651 mm(55~65英寸)蒸锅胶囊硫化机与无人机小规格航空轮胎的硫化匹配问题,设计了大硫化机专用小中心机构,并对硫化模具及胶囊夹具进行适配改进,解决了胶囊内内压热水循环不畅等难点,还设计了专用高强度后硫化充气装置。经实际应用和验证证明,无人机小规格航空轮胎在大硫化机上硫化是可行的,这对轮胎企业在不购置专用小硫化设备的情况下研制和生产产量不大的无人机小规格航空轮胎具有重要意义。 |

| The vulcanization of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) small-sized aviation tire on large vulcanization press was studied.By analyzing the vulcanization matching issues between existing 1 397~
1 651 mm(55~65 inch) steam pot capsule vulcanization press and the vulcanization of UAV small-sized aviation tire,a specialized small center mechanism for large vulcanization press was designed.Additionally,the vulcanization mold and capsule fixture were adapted and improved to address difficult points such as poor internal pressure hot water circulation within the capsules.Furthermore,a dedicated high-strength post-vulcanization inflation device was designed.Practical application and validation have demonstrated that the vulcanization of UAV small-sized aviation tire on large vulcanization press was feasible,and this was great significance for tire manufacturers to develope and produce UAV small-sized aviation tires with low output without purchasing specialized small-scale vulcanization equipment. |
