中文摘要:
      介绍橡胶材料的磨损机理、耐磨配方以及磨耗影响因素研究进展。宏观上橡胶材料的磨损分为粘着磨损、疲劳磨损、磨粒磨损及化学/腐蚀磨损,分子层面上橡胶材料的磨损机理建模和模拟逐渐成为热点。当前橡胶材料的耐磨配方研究主要集中于补强填料开发、橡胶基体改性、交联结构优化、材料复合等方面。除了传统炭黑和白炭黑外,纳米碳材料可显著改善橡胶材料的耐磨性能,其应用研究不断过增加。橡胶材料的磨耗过程复杂,影响因素众多,包括配方、环境、摩擦条件、接触表面特征等。目前对橡胶材料的磨耗研究往往局限于单一因素,未来应该统筹研究多因素对橡胶材料磨耗的影响。
英文摘要:
      The research progress on the wear mechanism,wear-resistant formulations and influencing factors of rubber materials was introduced.Macroscopically,the wear of rubber materials is categorized into adhesive wear,fatigue wear,abrasive wear and chemical/corrosive wear.At the molecular-level,wear mechanism modeling and simulation of rubber materials have increasingly become a research hotspot.The current studies on wear-resistant formulations of rubber materials primarily focuse on the development of reinforcing fillers,modification of rubber matrices,optimization of cross-linking structures and composites of materials,etc.In addition to traditional carbon black and silica,nano carbon fillers could significantly improve the wear resistance of rubber materials,and their application research is constantly increasing.The wear process of rubber materials is complex and influenced by numerous factors,including formulations,environmental conditions,friction conditions and contact surface characteristics,etc.At present,the study on the wear of rubber materials is often limited to a single factor.In the future,it is necessary to comprehensively study the effects of multiple factors on the wear of rubber materials.
