      研究对比相同硬度下白炭黑/天然橡胶湿法混炼复合材料(简称湿法胶)与干法混炼复合材料(简称干法胶)的性能差异及其在轴箱弹簧中的应用。结果表明:与干法胶相比,湿法胶具有白炭黑分散度高、硫化速率快、拉伸强度大、蠕变量和滞后小等优势;与干法胶轴箱弹簧相比,湿法胶轴箱弹簧具有动静刚度比和蠕变量小、耐疲劳性能良好的特点,故湿法胶可替代干法胶应用于轴箱弹簧的生产,可有效延长轴箱弹簧的使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      The analysis and research on the performance differences between wet method rubber and dry method rubber under the same hardness, as well as their application comparison in products, have been conducted. The results indicate that, compared to dry mixed rubber, wet method rubber has advantages such as high dispersion, fast vulcanization rate, low creep, and low hysteresis. The products produced with wet method rubber feature a low dynamic and static stiffness ratio, low creep, and good fatigue resistance characteristics.
