| 利用动态热力学分析法测试丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化胶玻璃化转变温度(Tg),对测试过程中影响各测量不确定度分量进行分析和评定。通过试验结果重复性、仪器温度示值误差、设备期间核查、试样尺寸测试等因素带来的测量不确定度,得到NBR硫化胶Tg的测量合成不确定度。结果表明,NBR硫化胶Tg的测量不确定度的主要影响因素为仪器温度示值误差和试验结果重复性,其次为设备期间核查和试样尺寸测试。通过对NBR硫化胶Tg的测量不确定度进行评定,有利于提高NBR硫化胶Tg的测试结果的准确性与可靠性,为科学地测试硫化胶的Tg提供了理论依据。 |

| Using dynamic thermomechanical anslysis method,the glass transition temperature(Tg) of nitrile butadiene(NBR) vulcanizate was tested,and the measurement uncertainty components during the testing process were analyzed and evaluated.The measurement synthetic uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate through the measurement uncertainties caused by factors such as test repeatability,instrument temperature indication error,equipment period verification and sample size measurement testing was obtained.The results indicated that the main influencing factors of the measurement uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate were the instrument temperature indication error and test results repeatability,followed by equipment verification and sample size testing.Evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the Tg of NBR vulcanizate was beneficial for improving the accuracy and reliability of measurement results,and could provide theoretical basis to scientifically testing the Tg of vulcanizate. |
