      对轨道车辆贯通道用氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶(CSM)棚布和甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(简称硅橡胶)棚布环保性能进行研究。结果表明:CSM棚布加热质量损失为2.86 g·m-2,硅橡胶棚布加热质量损失为2.52 g·m-2,两种棚布均未检出可溶性铅和可溶性镉;CSM棚布总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)挥发量为3.369 mg·m-3,硅橡胶棚布TVOC挥发量为1.040 mg·m-3,两种棚布均未检出甲醛,硅橡胶棚布环保性能更好。本研究可为轨道车辆贯通道用橡胶棚布选择和装车使用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The environmental performance of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber(CSM)pucker tarpaulin and methyl vinyl silicone rubber(referred to as silicone rubber) pucker tarpaulin used in gangways of railway vehicles was researched.The results showed that the heating mass loss of CSM pucker tarpaulin was 2.86 g·m-2,while that of silicone rubber pucker tarpaulin was 2.52 g·m-2.Soluble lead and soluble cadmium were not detected in both type of pucker tarpaulins.The total volatile organic compound(TVOC) emission of CSM pucker tarpaulin was 3.369 mg·m-3,whereas the TVOC emission of silicone rubber pucker tarpaulin was 1.040 mg·m-2,and formaldehyde was not detected in both tpye of pucker tarpaulins,therefore silicone rubber pucker tarpaulin presented better environmental performance.This research could provide a reference for the selection and on-board application of rubber pucker tarpaulins used in the gangways of railway vehicles.
