| 对某型飞机波纹橡胶软管的充气硫化工艺进行研究。结果表明：研制的6种波纹橡胶软管成功通过气密性和破坏试验的验证，装机使用情况良好；实现了自主完成波纹橡胶软管的成型、表面粘合、充气硫化、标记标识等全加工过程；二次充气硫化可作为波纹橡胶软管的充气硫化专用工艺，拓展了同类型产品的自制能力。 |

| The inflatable vulcanization process of corrugated rubber hoses for a certain type of aircraft was researched.The results showed that the six types of corrugated rubber hoses developed successfully passed the verification of airtightness and destructive tests，and had been installed and used in good condition.In addition，the whole processing process of molding，surface adhesion，inflatable vulcanization，marking and identification of corrugated rubber hoses was independently completed.The secondary inflatable vulcanization could serve as a specialized process for the inflatable vulcanization of corrugated rubber hoses，and the independent manufacturing capability of similar products was expanded. |
