      研究还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)/二氧化硅(SiO2)复合填料填充聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复合材料的混合和真空成型制备方法以及水汽阻隔性能。结果表明:电动搅拌器混合0.5 h与三辊开炼机混合0.5 h后真空成型对纯PDMS胶料的均匀性以及水汽阻隔性能无明显影响,过长混合时间(1.5 h)的三辊开炼机的强力剪切作用会在一定程度降低纯PDMS胶料的水汽阻隔性能;添加具有明显片层结构的RGO/SiO2复合填料并用三辊开炼机混合0.5 h后真空成型,RGO/SiO2/PDMS复合材料的水汽阻隔性能明显提高。
英文摘要:
      The mixing,vacuum forming methods and water vapor barrier properties of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) composites filled with reduced graphene oxide(RGO) and silica(SiO2) composite fillers were studied.The results indicated that vacuum forming after mixing for 0.5 h with an electric stirrer or with a three-roll mill had no significant effect on the uniformity and water vapor barrier property of pure PDMS compound.However,the strong shear effect of a three-roll mill for an extended mixing time(1.5 h) reduced the water vapor barrier property of pure PDMS compound.Adding RGO/SiO2 composite filler which had a distinct layered structure,and mixing for 0.5 h with a three-roll mill before vacuum forming,the water vapor barrier properties of RGO/SiO2/PDMS composites were significantly improved.
