      采用高速摄像和图像处理技术对橡胶球与钢板碰撞的变形量测量进行研究。首先采用阈值分割方法对拍摄的图像进行分割,提取分割后图像的边缘轮廓,使用最小二乘法进行边缘圆拟合,获取橡胶球图像的圆心坐标;然后通过橡胶球下落时加速度为重力加速度的特性进行图像比例尺、碰撞的初始时间和碰撞的结束时间计算,进而计算出橡胶球的变形量;最后通过对橡胶球的变形量测量结果分析得出,橡胶球碰撞的过程为小变形量碰撞(最大变形量均不超过1.3 mm)过程,橡胶球的变形量随下落高度和球体直径的增大而增大,随橡胶材料硬度的增大而减小。本研究为橡胶球碰撞的小变形测量提供了一种参考方法,也为橡胶材料的碰撞特性分析和接触力模型建立奠定了基础。
英文摘要:
      The measurement of the deformation of the rubber ball colliding with steel plate was studied using high-speed camera and image processing technology.Firstly,threshold segmentation method was used to segment the captured image,the edge contour of the segmented image was extracted,and the least -squares method was used to fit the circle of the edge to obtain the center coordinates of the ball image. Then,by calculating the image scale,initial collision time and end collision time based on the characteristic that the acceleration of the rubber ball when it falled was the gravitational acceleration,the deformation of the rubber ball could be calculated.Finally,according to the deformation measurement results of the rubber ball,it was found that the collision process of the rubber ball was a small deformation collision process(maximum deformation was not exceeding 1.3 mm).The deformation of the rubber ball increased with the increase of the falling height and ball diameter,decreased with the increase of rubber material hardness.This study provided a reference method for measuring small deformations in rubber ball collisions,which layed the fundation for the analyzing of the collision characteristics and the establishment of contact force models for rubber materials.
