| 针对橡胶囊式蓄能器(简称蓄能器)的多轴循环载荷疲劳破坏问题,提出采用Abaqus+Fe-safe软件进行疲劳仿真模拟以实现蓄能器(10 L)的多应力奇点疲劳寿命预测的方法。结果表明,蓄能器在高压循环热载荷下的使用过程中,应力软化疲劳损伤主要发生在充液瞬间限位阀边缘造成的蓄能器底部应力集中部位,且随着使用温度的升高,蓄能器的疲劳损坏危险截面扩大。本研究可为蓄能器在高压循环热载荷下长寿命、高可靠性的应用提供参考。 |

| Regarding the fatigue damage problem of rubber bladder accumulator(referred to as accumulator) under multi axis cyclic load,a method using Abaqus+Fe-safe software for fatigue simulation to achieve multi stress singularity fatigue life prediction of the accumulator(10 L) was proposed.The results showed that during the use of the accumulator under high-pressure cyclic thermal load,the stress softening fatigue damage mainly occured at the stress concentration point at the bottom of the accumulator caused by the edge of the limit valve during liquid filling,and the fatigue damage dangerous section of the accumulator expanded with the increase of service temperature.This study could provide reference for application of the accumulator with the long service life and high reliability under high-pressure cyclic thermal load. |
