      针对挠性接管用胶料,研究不同牌号氯丁橡胶(CR)并用胶和CR/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的硫化特性及常温(23 ℃)和高温(70 ℃)拉伸性能,探究橡胶分子结构与并用胶性能的关系。结果表明:在高温下,不同牌号CR并用胶和CR/NR并用胶的拉伸性能急剧下降;并用比为90/10的CR/NR并用胶具有最佳的常温及高温拉伸性能,同时具有较好的耐热空气老化性能。
英文摘要:
      Aiming the compounds used in flexible hoses,the vulcanization characteristics and tensile properties at room temperature(23 ℃) and high temperature(70 ℃) of different brand chloroprene rubber(CR) blends and CR/natural rubber (NR) blends were studied,and the relationship between the rubber molecular structure and blend performance was explored.The results showed that at high temperature,the tensile properties of different brand blends and CR/NR blends decreased significantly.The vulcanizate with CR/NR blend ratio of 90/10 had optimal tensile properties at room temperature and high temperature,along with good hot air aging resistance.
