      将聚磷酸铵(APP)或微胶囊化APP(MAPP)/三聚氰胺(MEL)/季戊四醇(PER)膨胀型阻燃体系加入天然橡胶(NR)胶料中,研究APP微胶囊化对NR胶料性能的影响。由傅里叶转换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、热重及水接触角分析表明,通过硅溶胶包覆工艺成功制备了氮-磷-碳一体化MAPP;当APP或MAPP/MEL/PER用量比为30/10/10时,与添加APP的NR胶料相比,添加MAPP的NR胶料的拉伸强度较大,疏水性能、阻燃性能和动态力学性能较好。

      Ammonium polyphosphate(APP) or microencapsulated APP(MAPP)/melamine(MEL)/pentaerythritol(PER) intumescent flame retardant systems were added to natural rubber(NR) compounds,and the effect of APP microencapsulation on the properties of NR compounds were studied.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric and water contact angle analysis indicated that nitrogen-phosphorus-carbon integrated MAPP was successfully prepared through a silica sol coating process.When the APP or MAPP/MEL/PER ratio was 30/10/10,compared with NR compounds added with APP,NR composites added with MAPP exhibited higher tensile strength,better hydrophobicity,flame retardancy and dynamic mechanical properties.
