| 以二苯基次膦酰氯(DPPC)为改性剂,对笼状季戊四醇磷酸酯(PEPA)进行改性,制得阻燃剂改性PEPA(BPA)。以BPA和焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)为基础,构建磷-氮协同阻燃体系,研究协同阻燃体系对天然橡胶(NR)胶料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:BPA与PAPP复配使用能够形成凝聚相-气相协同阻燃效应,有效提高阻燃改性NR胶料的热稳定性和阻燃性能,显著减小热释放速率和总热释放量;BPA与PAPP的配比对协同阻燃效果至关重要,当BPA和PAPP用量均为15份时,阻燃改性NR胶料的阻燃性能最佳。 |

| Using diphenylphosphinic chloride(DPPC) as a modifier,pentaerythritol phosphate(PEPA) was modified to prepare flame retardant modified PEPA(BPA).A phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system was constructed based on BPA and piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP),and the effect of the synergistic flame retardant system on the flame resistance of natural rubber(NR) compound was studied.The results showed that the combination of BPA and PAPP could form condensed phase-gas phase synergistic flame retardant effect,effectively improving the thermal stability and flame resistance of flame retardant modified NR compound,significantly reducing the heat release rate and total heat release.The dosage ratio of BPA and PAPP was crucial for the synergistic flame retardant effect,when the dosage of BPA and PAPP was both 15 phr,the flame resistance of the flame retardant modified NR compound was optimal. |
