      针对传统的人工开叉车运送胎坯、现场逐个硫化机台下传生产工艺信息、硫化过程无法实时掌握、胎坯入库和出库效率低、出现质量问题难以追溯等问题,提出一种基于制造执行系统(MES)和仓储管理系统(WMS)的智能硫化群控管理系统。MES和WMS系统架构各有4层,从下往上依次是工艺设备层、智能控制层、上位机执行层、智能制造与管理层。MES与WMS的集成可以实现轮胎硫化与仓储信息一体化,避免数据在两个系统之间重复输入和传输,提高了硫化生产和仓储效率。通过自动化和智能化管理方式大幅减少了硫化生产的人工操作和干预,降低出错率;实时监测硫化机的运行状态有助于及时发现并解决潜在的生产问题;记录和追溯每条轮胎的生产过程和质量数据有助于降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
英文摘要:
      An intelligent vulcanization group control management system based on manufacturing execution system(MES) and warehouse management system(WMS) was proposed to address the problems of traditional manual forklift transportation of green tire,on-site transmission of production process information transmission to each vulcanization press,inability to grasp the vulcanization process in real time,low efficency of green tire storage and retrieval,and difficulty in tracing quality problems.The MES and WMS system architectures each had 4 layers,from bottom to top were the process equipment layer,intelligent control layer,upper computer execution layer,and intelligent manufacturing and management layer.The integration of MES and WMS could achieve the integration of tire vulcanization production and warehousing information,avoiding duplicate input and transmission of data between two systems,and improving the efficiency of tire vulcanization production and warehousing.Through automated and intelligent management methods,the manual operations and interventions were significantly reduced in vulcanization production,lowering the error rate.Real time monitoring of the operation status of the vulcanization press was helpfull to timely detect and solve potential production problems.Recording and tracing the production process and quality data of each tire was helpfull to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
