| 基于熔体微分静电纺丝技术制备聚丙烯(PP)短纤维,研究PP短纤维用量对填充炭黑N330的天然橡胶(NR)复合材料门尼粘度、硫化特性和物理性能的影响。结果表明:PP短纤维用量为2份时,NR复合材料的门尼粘度最大,Fmax-FL最小;PP短纤维用量为4份时,在试验范围内NR复合材料的t90最短,300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度最大,DIN磨耗量最小。 |

| The polypropylene(PP)short fibers were prepared based on melt differential
electrospinning technology,and the effects of PP short fiber amounts on the Mooney viscosities,vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of natural rubber(NR)composites were studies.The results showed that when PP short fiber amount was 2 phr,the Mooney viscosity of NR composite was the maximum,the Fmax-FL was the minimum.When PP short fiber amount was 4 phr,the t90 of NR composite was the shortest within the experimental range,modulus at 300% elongation,tensile strength and tear strength were the maximum,the DIN abrasion loss was the minimum. |
