      研究橡胶并用比、环保芳烃油(TDAE)用量和硫化体系用量(硫黄/促进剂TBBS用量比固定)对天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶(胎侧胶)防护蜡迁移及耐臭氧老化性能的影响。结果表明:随着BR用量的增大,NR/BR并用胶的防护蜡迁移量增大,即防护蜡在NR中的溶解度较大;随着TDAE用量的增大,NR/BR并用胶的防护蜡迁移量减小,TDAE用量过大会导致并用胶的耐臭氧老化性能降低;随着硫化体系用量的增大,NR/BR并用胶的防护蜡迁移量增大,硫化体系用量过小不利于防护蜡迁移,从而使并用胶的耐臭氧老化性能降低
英文摘要:
      The effect of rubber blending ratios,treated distillate aromatic extract(TDAE) dosages and vulcanization system dosages(sulfur/accelerator TBBS dosage ratios unchanged) on the protective wax migration and the ozone aging resistance of natural rubber(NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber(BR)blends(sidewall compouds) was investigated.The results showed that,as BR dosage increased,the protective wax migration amount of NR/BR blend increased,indicating encharged solubility of the protective wax in NR.As TDAE dosage increased,the protective wax migration amount decreased,but excessive TDAE dosage led to decrease the ozone aging resistance of the blend.As vulcanization system dosage increased,the protective wax migration of NR/BR blend increased.Insufficient vulcanization system dosage was not conducive to the protective wax migration,resulting in a deterioration of the ozone aging resistance of the blend.
