| 研究裂解炭黑(CBp)/炭黑N330并用对天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着CBp用量的增大,NR胶料的Fmax-FL减小,即交联密度减小,但CBp可以促进NR胶料的硫化;与CBp相比,在NR基体中炭黑N330的粒径较小且分布均一,分散性较好;随着CBp用量的增大,NR硫化胶的交联密度减小,邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度减小,耐磨性能变差。 |

| The effects of pyrolysis carbon black(CBp)/carbon black N330 blend on the properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the addition level of CBp,the Fmax-FL of the compound decreased,which meaned the cross-linking degree decreased,but CBp could promote the vulcanization of NR compound.Compared with CBp,carbon black N330 had a smaller particle size and uniform distribution in NR matrix,with better dispersion.As the addition level of carbon black N330 increased,the cross-linking density of NR vulcanizate decreased,the Shore A hardness,tensile stress at a given elogation and tensile strength decreased,and the wear resistance deteriorated. |
