| 通过阴离子聚合制得液体3,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶(3,4-LIR),采用核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱对3,4-LIR进行微观结构表征,并将3,4-LIR加入天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合材料中,研究其对复合材料阻尼性能等的影响。结果表明:制得的3,4-LIR中3,4-结构含量为66.65%;随着3,4-LIR用量的增大,NR/SBR复合材料的交联密度减小,阻尼性能提升,物理性能有所下降,3,4-LIR用量为20份时复合材料的有效阻尼温域拓宽至-46.1~27.0 ℃,符合高阻尼橡胶制品的使用要求。 |

| The liquid 3,4-polyisoprene rubber(3,4-LIR) was prepared by anionic polymerization,the microstructure of the 3,4-LIR was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography,and the 3,4-LIR was incorporated into natural rubber(NR)/styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) composites to investigate its effect on the damping properties of the composites.The results showed that the 3,4-structure content in the synthesized 3,4-LIR was 66.65%.As the 3,4-LIR dosage increased, the crosslinking density of the NR/SBR composite decreased,the damping properties were improved,while the physical properties were reduced.When 3,4-LIR dosage reached 20 phr,the effective damping temperature range of the composite expanded to -46.1 ℃ to 27.0 ℃,meeting the requirements for high-damping rubber products. |
