| The optimization distribution intelligent calculation of the carcass cord joints for passenger car radial tire and its application were studied.By establishing a mathematical model and writing a program to calculate the optimal cutting length of the carcass cord end,the maximum number of qualified tires could be continuously produced without cutting the carcass cord end,improving the utilization rate of the carcass cord and production efficiency of the tires,and reducing production cost of the tires. |
