      研究碳纳米管用量对羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)胶膜溶胀指数、拉伸性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳纳米管用量的增大,XNBRL胶膜的溶胀指数先减小后增大,300%定伸应力逐渐增大,拉伸强度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率逐渐减小,体积电阻率呈下降趋势;当碳纳米管用量为0.5份时,XNBRL胶膜的综合性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of carbon nanotube dosage on the swelling index,tensile properties and conductivity of carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex(XNBRL) film was studied.The results showed that as the carbon nanotube dosage increased,the swelling index of XNBRL film decreased at first and then increased,the modulus at 300% elongation gradually increased,the tensile strength increased at first and then decreased,the elongation at break gradually decreased,and the volume resistivity trended to decrease. When the carbon nanotube dosage was 0.5 phr,the comprehensive performance of XNBRL film was better.
