| 研究油浸式变压器(以下简称变压器)密封件丁腈橡胶(NBR)和丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)胶料浸泡在85 ℃的45#变压器油(以下简称油)中的老化行为。结果表明:在85 ℃热油中老化后ACM胶料的物理性能稳定性远优于NBR胶料,老化时间为350 d时,NBR胶料的弹性应变能密度为老化前的15%,其失去弹性,而ACM胶料的弹性应变能密度为老化前的80%;两种胶料在热油中性能退化主要归因于胶料中的苯类防老剂迁出,导致胶料的热分解稳定性下降,NBR胶料的性能退化比ACM胶料更为显著。总之,ACM胶料的耐热油老化性能明显优于NBR胶料,高温环境及高可靠性变压器密封件首选ACM胶料。 |

| The aging behavior of nitrile rubber(NBR) and acrylate rubber(ACM) compounds for oil-immersed transformers(hereinafter referred to as transformers) seals after immersion in 85 ℃ 45# transformer oil(hereinafter referred to as oil)was studied.The results showed that the physical property stability of ACM compound after aging in 85 ℃ oil was far superior to that of NBR compound.When the aging time reached 350 days,the elastic strain energy density of NBR compound was 15% of that before aging,resulting in a loss of elasticity,and the elastic strain energy density of ACM compound remained at 80% of that before aging.The performance degradation of two types of compounds in hot oil was mainly attributed to the migration of benzene-based antioxidants from the compounds,resulting a decrease in the thermal decomposition stability of the compounds.The performance degradation of NBR compound was more significant than that of ACM compound.In conclusion,the hot oil aging resistance of ACM compound was significantly better than that of NBR compound,therefore,ACM compound was recommended as the first choice for transformer seals in high-temperature and with high reliability. |
