中文摘要:
      研究使用工况(转速、转角和负荷)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化胶的磨耗特性的影响。试验分析转速、转角和负荷对NBR硫化胶的磨耗量、磨耗表面形貌及磨耗表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,随着转速、转角和负荷的增大,NBR硫化胶的磨耗量增大,磨耗表面形貌越来越复杂,磨耗表面粗糙度显著增大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different working conditions (rotational speed,corner and load) on the abrasion characteristics of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) vulcanizates was studied,the effect of rotational speeds,corners and loads on the abrasion losses,abrasion surface morphologies and surface roughnesses of NBR vulcanizates was tested and analyzed.The results showed that as the rotational speed,corner and load increased,the abrasion loss of NBR vulcanizate increased,the abrasion surface morphology became more complex,and the abrasion surface roughness significantly increased.
