研究桉树木质素对天然橡胶(NR)的补强性能。结果表明:桉树木质素对NR的补强性能较差,不及传统补强剂高岭土、碳酸钙、炭黑N660及白炭黑,但其硫化胶的压缩永久变形较小;在保持补强剂总用量不变的条件下,采用桉树木质素分别等量替代10份N660炭黑或30份白炭黑,硫化胶的力学性能下降不明显,压缩永久变形明显减小。 |

The reinforcement performance of eucalyptus lignin on natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that eucalyptus lignin had poor reinforcement performance on NR,inferior to traditional reinforcement agents such as kaolin,calcium carbonate,carbon black N660 and silica,but its vulcanizate had a small compression set.Under the condition of keeping the total amount of reinforcing agent unchanged,replacing 10 phr of carbon black N660 or 30 phr silica with equal amounts of eucalyptus lignin did not significantly reduce the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates,but significantly reduced the compression set. |
