采用仿真技术建立16.00R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎3D有限元模型,并通过实体扫描逆向建模的方法基于某矿山真实路况建立真实路面有限元模型,研究苛刻路况对轮胎力学性能的影响。结果表明:在标准负荷下,坑洼路面易造成胎面单侧偏磨严重,碎石子路面易造成胎面划伤与啃伤;路况对轮胎肩部易发生破坏失效风险点的位置没有影响,但坑洼路面和碎石子路面导致轮胎肩部耐久性能下降。 |

Using simulation technology to establish a 3D finite element model of 16.00R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire,and using solid scanning reverse modeling method to establish finite element models of the real pavements based on the actual road conditions of a certain mine,the influence of the road conditions on the mechanical proterties of the tire was studied.The results showed that under standard load,the bumpy pavement could easily cause severe unilateral wear on the tread,while the gravel pavement could easily cause scratches and gnawing on the tread.The road conditions had no effect on the location of the risk points for the tire shoulder damage and failure,but the bumpy and gravel pavements resulted in a decrease in the durability of the tire shoulder. |
