中文摘要:
      采用有限元分析软件对胶管硫化过程传热进行模拟分析。结果表明:随着硫化时间的延长,胶管各部位温度差异逐渐减小;当硫化进行到一定时间后,胶管各部位温度几乎相同,胶管传热达到平衡状态;合理提高胶管初始温度,可有效缩短胶管硫化时间。
英文摘要:
      The simulation and analysis of heat transfer of the rubber hose during vulcanization process by finite element analysis software were carried out.The results showed that as the extension of vulcanization time,the temperature differences of various parts of the rubber hose gradually decreased.After vulcanization for a certain period of time,the temperatures of various parts of the rubber hose were almost the same,and the heat transfer of the rubber hose reached a balanced state.Reasonably increasing the inital temperature of the rubber hose could effectively short vulcanization time of the rubber hose.
