将陶瓷粉末与高分子材料共混制备的陶瓷材料喂入自主研制的粉体喂料3D打印机,打印出的陶瓷坯体经脱脂和干燥后,分别在最高烧结温度为1 550,1 580,1 620,1 650 ℃下烧结,测试烧结陶瓷体的物理性能。结果表明:随着最高烧结温度的升高,陶瓷体的致密性改善,物理性能提高;当最高烧结温度为1 650 ℃时,陶瓷体的维氏硬度达到1 202.8 HV,烧结密度达到5.45 Mg·m-3,抗弯强度达到902.1 MPa,断裂韧性达到11.69 MPa·m 1/ 2。 |

The ceramic material prepared by blending ceramic powder with polymer was fed into a self-development powder feeding 3D printer,and the ceramic body was printed.After degreasing and drying treatment of the printed ceramic body,it was sintered at the highest sintering temperature of 1 550 ℃,1 580 ℃,1 620 ℃,1 650 ℃,respectively.The physical properties of the sintered ceramic body was tested.The results showed that with the increase of the highest sintering temperature,the density of ceramic body was improved,and physical properties were improved.When the highest sintering temperature was 1 650 ℃,the vivkes hardness of ceramic body was 1 202.8 HV,the density was 5.45 Mg·m-3 ,the bending strength was 902.1 MPa,and the fracture toughness was 11.69 MPa·m1/ 2. |
