      研究甲基丙烯酰氧甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量对乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)胶料性能等的影响。结果表明:甲基丙烯酰氧甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量较小时,EVM混炼胶的门尼粘度和硫化特性变化不明显,甲基丙烯酰氧甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量为4份时,EVM混炼胶的焦烧时间大幅延长;EVM混炼胶的储能模量在应变大于10%时随着应变的增大而明显减小,损耗模量在应变小于10%时对应变的依赖性较强,甲基丙烯酰氧甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量对EVM混炼胶的储能模量影响较大;甲基丙烯酰氧甲基三甲氧基硅烷用量为4份时,EVM硫化胶的剪切储能模量最大,损耗因子峰值最小,物理性能最优。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the methacryloyloxymethyltrimethoxy silane amounts on the properties of ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber(EVM) compounds was studied.The results showed that,when the methacryloyloxymethyltrimethoxy silane amount was small,the Mooney viscocity and vulcanization characteristics of EVM compound did not change significantly.When the methacryloyloxymethyltrimethoxy silane amount was 4 phr,the scorch time of EVA compound was significantly prolonged.The storage modulus of EVM compound decreased significantly with the increasing strain when the strain was greater than 10%,the loss modulus was more dependent on strain when the strain was less than 10%,and the methacryloyloxymethyltrimethoxy silane amount had a significant impact on the storage modulus of EVM compound.When the methacryloyloxymethyltrimethoxy silane amount was 4 phr,the shear storage modulus of EVM vulcanizate was the highest,the peak of loss factor was the smallest,and the physical properties were the best.
