      研究植物油软化剂对天然橡胶/再生橡胶并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:棕榈油的加入使胶料的门尼粘度和FL最小,即胶料的流动性和加工性能最好;蓖麻油的加入使胶料的FmaxFL最小和t90最短,t90减幅为3.66%;棕榈油的加入使硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,增幅分别为6.58%,43.47%和106.90%;植物油软化剂的加入使炭黑在橡胶基体中分散性好,改善硫化胶的抗湿滑性能,对硫化胶的滚动阻力影响不大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the vegetable oil softeners on the properties of natural rubber(NR)/reclaimed rubber blends was studied.The results showed that the addition of the palm oil minimized theFLand Mooney viscosity of the compound,resulting in the best flowability and processibility of the compound.The addition of the castor oil minimized theFmaxFL and t90 of the compound,with a decrease of 3.66% in t90.The addition of the palm oil increased the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizates by 6.58%,43.47% and 106.90% respectively.The addition of the vegetable softeners improved the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix and enhanced the wet skid resistance of the vulcanizates,with little impact on the rolling resistance of the vulcanizates.
