      采用Polyflow软件对自行设计的再生橡胶双螺杆挤出机的螺杆功能部件区(包括剪切转子、啮合转子、捏合盘和斜齿轮)压力场进行有限元模拟分析。结果表明:废胶料在剪切转子的棱顶与机筒间隙处受到的压力较大;废胶料在啮合转子啮合处受到的压力较大;在捏合盘处,随着废胶料的轴向流动,废胶料受到的剪切力与挤压力逐渐增大;废胶料在斜齿轮啮合处受到的压力较大。本设计双螺杆挤出机对废胶料的挤出再生效果较好。
英文摘要:
      Polyflow software was used to perform finite element simulation analysis of the screw functional component areas(including to shear rotor,meshing rotor,kneading disc and helical gear)of a self-designed twin-screw extruder for recycled rubber.The result showed that the pressure of the waste compound at the gap between the top of the shear rotor and the barrel was larger,the pressure of the waste compound at the meshing part of the meshing rotor meshing was greater.At the kneading disc,as the axial flow of the waste compound,the shear force and extrusion force of the waste compound gradually increase.The pressure of the waste compound at meshing part of the helical gear was greater.
