      本工作针对轻量化11R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎圈部的损坏病象设计了轮胎圈部仿生轮廓,该轮廓可以使胎圈与轮辋装配更加贴合,为轮胎负载提供支撑,还可以将胎体反包端点锚定,使轮胎圈部损坏几率降低,有效提高轮胎耐久性能和高速性能,延长轮胎使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      A biomimetic contour for the tire rim of the 11R22.5 all-steel lightweight truck and bus radial tire was designed,which could better fit the tire rim and provide support for tire load.The contour could also anchor the end points of the tire body,reduce the probability of tire rim damage,effectively improve tire durability and high-speed performance,and extend tire service life.
