      针对空投橡胶油囊封口结构存在螺栓通孔贯穿,以及螺栓、封头直接与油料接触等问题,通过对橡胶油囊的顶部和尾部封口进行改进设计,有效避免了贯穿破坏油囊整体结构,以及“螺纹爬油”渗漏和整体材料内部“芯吸”渗透等安全隐患。经过飞行实装空投试验检验,改进封口的橡胶油囊能够满足极端复杂条件下的空投保障要求。
英文摘要:
      To solve the problems of bolt through-hole penetration and direct contact between the bolt and head with the oil in the sealing-off structure of airdrop rubber fuel drum,the design of the sealing-off in the top and bottom of the rubber fuel drum was improved,so as to effectively avoid safely hazards such as the penetration destruction of the overall structure of the fuel drum,“thread climbing”leakage and “core suction” penetration inside the drum body material.The airdrop test showed that the rubber fuel drum with improved sealing-off could meet the requirements of the airdrop under extremely complex conditions.
