中文摘要:
      研究强威粉TNK对蓄能器橡胶隔膜胶料(丁腈橡胶胶料)性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加强威粉TNK的胶料相比,添加强威粉TNK可以提高填料在橡胶基体中的分散性,混炼胶的加工性能更好,硫化胶的拉伸性能、回弹性、气密性和耐屈挠性能提高;强威粉TNK用量为8份时,硫化胶拉伸性能、回弹性和气密性最好,耐屈挠性能明显提升。
英文摘要:
      The effect of Stron Wi powder TNK on the performance of rubber diaphragm in compound(nitril compound) energy accumulators was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound without Stron Wi powder TNK,the dispersion of the filler in the rubber matri and the processability of the compound was improved,and the tensile properties,rebound properties,air tightness and flexibility resistance of the vulcanizate.When the dosage of Stron Wi powder TNK was 8 phr,the tensile properties,rebound properties and airtightness of the vulcanizate were the best,and the flexibility resistance was significantly improved.
