针对轮胎滚动阻力系数、通过噪声、侧偏刚度、湿地抓着系数和干地抓着系数、纵向水滑系数和侧向水滑系数多项性能评价指标,采用Minitab软件和多元分析方法(包括主成分分析法和因子分析法)对轮胎多性能综合评价方法进行研究。结果表明,旋转后的因子分析更接近轮胎结构和材料属性,采用轮胎性能的关键评价指标可为轮胎的选型和评价提供便利。 |

Multi property comprehensive evaluation methods of tire were studied using Minitab software and multivariate analysis methods(including principal component analysis and factor analysis methods),focusing on multiple property evaluation indicators such as tire rolling resistance coefficient,pass-by noise,lateral stiffness,wet and dry grip coefficients,longitudinal and lateral water slip coefficients.The results showed that the factor analysis after rotating was closer to the structure and material properties of tire,using key evaluation indicators of tire properties could provide convenience for selection and evaluation of tire. |
