      研究脱硫胶粉改性沥青的性能。对不同掺量脱硫胶粉改性沥青进行针入度、软化点、延度、180 ℃粘度测试,确定脱硫胶粉的最佳掺量,然后对最佳掺量的脱硫胶粉改性沥青进行热稳定性和性能衰变测试、高温动态剪切流变测试和低温弯曲蠕变测试,研究其热稳定性、高温性能和低温性能。结果表明:脱硫胶粉的最佳掺量为基质沥青质量的24%;脱硫胶粉改性沥青的储存温度宜为165~175 ℃,储存时间不应超过48 h;与普通胶粉改性沥青和基质沥青相比,在相同温度条件下,脱硫胶粉改性沥青的复数剪切模量、抗车辙因子和蠕变速率增大,相位角和劲度模量减小,即脱硫胶粉能够有效改善改性沥青的高温性能和低温性能。

      The properties of desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt were studied.The penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity at 180 ℃ of modified asphalt with different content of desulfurized rubber powder were tested to determine the optimal content of desulfurized rubber powder.Then thermal stability and performance decay test,high-temperature dynamic shear rheological test and low-temperature bending creep test were carried out for modified asphalt with the optimal content of desulfurized rubber powder.The results showed that the optimal content of desulfurized rubber powder was 24% of the mass of base asphalt.The storage temperature of desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt should be set at 165~175 ℃,and the storage time should not exceed 48 h.Compared with ordinary rubber powder modified asphalt and base asphalt,under the same temperature conditions,the complex shear modulus,anti-rutting factor and creep rate of desulfurized rubber powder modified asphalt increased,while the phase angle and stiffness modulus decreased,indicating that desulfurized rubber powder could effectively improve the high-temperature and low-temperature performance of modified asphalt.
