      对沉淀法白炭黑(水合二氧化硅,5 g)45 μm筛余物质量的测试方法进行改进。结果表明:试样采用体积分数3%的氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液浸泡,同时低速搅拌10 min,试样的水洗时间较短,冲洗效果较好,45 μm筛余物质量测试值重复性较高;对微珠状试样进行4次NaOH溶液浸泡前后的平行试验试样的45 μm筛余物质量测试值再现性精密度符合国家标准要求,即试样浸泡可明显缩短冲洗时间,节约用水量。
英文摘要:
      The testing method for 45 μm sieve residue weight of precipitated silica(5 g) was improved.The results showed that the sample was soaked in sodium hydroxide(NaOH) solutiona with volume fraction of 3% and stirred at low speed for 10 min,the sample had a shorter washing time and better washing effect,and the repeatability of 45 μm sieve residue weight test value was higher.After conducting four parallel tests on the micro bead shaped samples before and after soaking in NaOH solution,the reproducibility precision of 45 μm sieve residue weight test value met the requirements of national standard,so that soaking the sample could significantly shorten washing and save the water consumption.
