将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)共混制备热塑性动态硫化弹性体(TPV),并采用高密度聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(HDPE-g-MAH)作为相容剂来改善HDPE与CSM的相容性,研究HDPE/CSM共混比和HDPE-g-MAH用量对TPV性能的影响。结果表明:随着CSM用量的增大,TPV的力学性能先降低后提高,玻璃化温度(Tg)升高,阻燃性能改善;添加HDPE-g-MAH后,TPV的力学性能提高,Tg降低,HDPE与CSM的相容性较好,CSM粒子在体系中分散更均匀,TPV的拉伸断面更平整。 |

The thermoplastic dynamic vulcanized elastomer(TPV) was prepared by blending high-density polyethylene(HDPE) with chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM),and high-density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride(HDPE-g-MAH) was used as a compatibilizer to improve the compatibility between HDPE and CSM.The effect of HDPE/CSM blending ratio and HDPE-g-MAH amount on the properties of TPV was investigated.The results showed that with the increase of CSM amount,the mechanical property of TPV decreased first and then increased,the glass transition temperature(Tg) increased,and the flame retardant property was improved.After adding HDPE-g-MAH,the mechanical property of TPV improved,the Tg decreased,the compatibility between HDPE and CSM was better,the CSM particles dispersed more evenly in the system,and the tensile section of TPV was smoother. |
