      建立数学模型,通过试验轮胎试验数据拟合曲线关联所有输入量(对轮胎滚动阻力系数计算中涉及到的输入量和对测量结果有影响的输入量均予以考虑),对TJR-RR-PC/TB(Y)型双工位轮胎滚动阻力试验机测力法测量结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明:轮胎滚动阻力试验机测量结果在95%置信区间的轮胎滚动阻力系数的相对扩展不确定度为0.012 4(包含因子为2),影响不确定度的主要因素为试验机测量重复性和充气压力。
英文摘要:
      The uncertainty of the measurement results of the force measuring method of TJR-RR-PC/TB(Y) dual station tire rolling resistance testing machine was evaluated by using a mathematical model and correlating all inputs through the fitting curves of the test data of the tire which covered the inputs involved in the calculation of the tire rolling resistance coefficient and the inputs that affected the measurement results. The results showed that the relative expanded uncertainty of the tire rolling resistance coefficient measured by the tire rolling resistance testing machine in the 95% confidence interval was 0. 012 4(including factor was 2),and the main factors affecting the uncertainty were the repeatability of the measurement of the tester and the inflation pressure.
